Recent conversations have shed light on the passion, innovation, and collaborative spirit fueling the industry's progress:

Sam Kivi (GridShare) & Ben Churchill (Cool Planet)

  • We found it very cool, that independently from each other, our conversations with both Sam and Ben diverged into the larger scope of what the best parts of humanity is trying to do in solving the collective issues we are experiencing with Climate Change but they also diverged into our passion for physics and potential for a theory of unification, how fusion energy will change and solve most of our problems. We absolutely enjoyed geeking out with both of you!

Toby Ferenczi & Sebastian Porter (Granular Energy)

  • First off, congrats on winning the best startup award! It was great to hear your story and how you managed to find the right pain point when looking at the source of energy at different times. It was great to learn from you and hope to learn more in the future!

Tom Algie (GridShare), Tyler Phillipi (FlexCharging) & Sean Doyle (Cool Planet)

  • Always have a great time with both of you, from talking about life and how to balance work and personal life, to hanging out and talking about EVs, or Bitcoin, or just how to improve efficiency using just 2 data points, and how leveraging alternative models for utility users can bring a lot of benefit to all of us as a whole. You guys rock and it was a privilege to spend as much time together as we did!

  • Congratulations on the award Tom, well deserved!

Chris Cieslak & Stacey Rivers (BladeBug)

  • Congrats on the pilot, and good luck with it! We still are waiting for you guys to grow and start repairing spaceships and call your robots R2-D2 haha. It’s nice when we can geek out on the possibilities of a particular solution, and you guys have a very cool one!

The Free Electrons finals in Mumbai not only encapsulated the spirit of innovation but also underscored the power of collaboration in propelling the energy industry towards a sustainable and brighter future.
