Joining the Big Leagues: 3DK Tech at Accelerate Aichi by 500 Global Landing Pad Program

The great news keep coming! We are excited to announce that 3DK Tech has been selected as a part of the Accelerate Aichi Landing Pad program by 500 Global! This program is designed to support growth-stage global startups in expanding their footprint to Japan, and we are so honoured to be a part of it. The program is an 8-week Market Access program, and we are so excited to be a part of it alongside startups from 10 different countries working on solutions in mobility, fintech, sustainability, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and more.

The Aichi prefecture is known as the heartland of Japan's manufacturing industry, with a long history of producing high-quality products across various sectors. The region is home to some of the world's most well-known automobile companies, such as Toyota, Honda, and Mitsubishi, as well as major aerospace engineering companies like Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Kawasaki Heavy Industries.Aichi is also known for its thriving robotics industry, with companies such as Fanuc and Yaskawa Electric producing advanced robotics solutions for industrial and commercial use.

At 3DK Tech, our goal is to help proliferate the use of metal 3D printing by providing a technology that brings superior quality to printed parts. Japan, and the Aichi province specifically, is the perfect expansion step for us, and we can't wait to see what opportunities lie ahead. Essentially, by participating in programs like the Accelerate Aichi Landing Pad, startups can gain valuable insights into the local market, connect with key stakeholders, and build relationships with potential customers, investors, and partners.
